Its more than just a word or even just a feeling

Its heavier than that

Like have you ever done something and later dwell on the fact that you could have done better

The weight that you carry after

Weighs on your entire day

Picking up a pen to write is too heavy when your already carrying

The marks written on every mistake you constantly try to correct

You end up only focusing on what you miss instead of the lesson learned

Questions questions questions

Buts its too loud in this weight room

Forget the classroom

Too busy trying to write with this weight on my mind

To find that the answer is in how

I let go

Even though it weighs heavy

Consumes the whole page

With toxic habits that cause you to drop everything

Just to back out all together

Forgetting

Its all in your head
