Shame on the Cross

I want more

Aware of more

I don’t want the things of this world

I need a purification that continues to curate my faith

Helping to stay close to the Lord in awe and not out of spite

People are going to always have their opinions

Some good

some hurtful

But what does the Lord instruct will bear fruit

Toward the things of heaven

Waiting for the opinion of others will

Have you waiting in worldly pain

That God did not suffer for you to have

He died for

You have been brought with a price to replace your sin

And return the shame

Void

I can accept more S

staying the same

Leads to shame and sin

More requires a step of faith

Towards courage

Let go of your comfort

Your fear

The pressure of others opinions

His plan

He is in control when you let Him write the story

I’m learning that when God is calling you to something outside of your norm

Your normal place of comfort

It’s usually when you are desiring more

Requiring more

Faith

To do something new A

Afraid

You have to be done with the old way of doing things

But willing to step into the new

That takes the strength

That only the power of God can give

To trust in the holy sprit every step of the way

Scary in the beginning but thrilling along the journey

Spirit lead me where my trust is without borders

To walk on water A

And Go where you send me

Knowing and believing that you are with me

Help me to have the courage forward

AND to finish well

Sin no longer has its grip on me

Shame you can’t have me
